Jef's commitment to the band is slowly fading. The dedication he once had to us is bleeding into his relationship with Heather. I understand that they have a good relationship, and they see each other a lot; but it's becoming ridiculous. He's always with her. He's giving up band practices to be with her. A band is just as much of a commitment as a girlfriend, and I think he's losing sight of that. Okay, I'm done. Peace.
