WARPED TOURRR
alrighty. So yesterday, it made my life.
After almost losing the tickets and flipping out, we finally all piled into my dads car and started our 2 hour drive to Randall's Island. It was me Kristen Marla Steve and Andrew. It was so obvious that most people on the bridge were going to warped. Maybe even the chinese guy with the caution tape stuck in his tire. That was amazing. But yeah then we found out the tickets were sold out. And Marla didn't have one. So yeah, we bought one off some guy on the street. We thought it was fake, but we took the chance.
we got to the line and met up with Britt, Cay and V. The line was sooo long. But it was alright cause they were already on line so we just went to where they were. There were people selling cds on the line so we listened and bought, and i got a free cd cause i smiled at the word buttrock. We finally got in, and Marla did too =] and walked around aimlessly. We visited Connor from BNO and he remembered me =] then we saw Motion City Soundtrack and they played my song.
Crazy moshing went on during New Found Glory, Taking Back Sunday, Coheed and Cambria, and NOFX. I crowdsurfed for the first time, and thats all i did during all those bands. Oh and I got into the mosh pits, me being the small girl that i am. It was AMAZING.
We also saw BOYS NIGHT OUT which was amazing like always, Halifax, Dont Look Down, and some of Yellowcard. We left yellowcard to go to another band, and while we were there some guy asked if he could kiss our shoes. It was probably the strangest thing that has ever happened to me. But its all good. Then Marla left with her sister, and Britt Cay and V left with Cays dad.
So it was me Kristen Steve and Andrew. We walked along the bridge to Manhattan. It was actually quite fun despite the fact that we were hungry, tired, and I needed to pee. But its ok. So we got on the subway and finally got home at 12. Hah yeah were cool i swear.
well it was an amazingggg day. Definitely doing it again.
