Huge news-round-up since lj has been down for quite some time now

1., The 17 hour long working session totally paid off!! Got a 1 (best mark possible!!) on my Literature paper!!! Still don't get how and why, but I'm happy. Totally have to translate and upload that Clásico commentary now.

2., GP of Hungary was... cool =D I'm happy that Button won (it was his 200th GP) and he totally deserved it, I'm really happy that both drivers of Toro Rosso got some points because it was their 100th GP (Buemi was 8th, even though his starting position was 23rd, and my favourite Jaime Alguersuari finished 10th (I'd prefer it the other way round, but whatever)). Short shock moment though when Nick Heidfeld's car caught fire (I won't sleep too well tonight... -.-"), but Heidfeld got off lightly (even though there was a small explosion when the fire marshals tried to extinguish the fire). At least we got some cool pictures out of Nick's ninja-style jump out of the burning car.
Overall, the race was exciting, not just because the track was pretty wet (especially in the beginning it looked like 'Bambi on Ice'),  but also because there were many fights for positions and the question if Vettel would manage to win again (and if not, who would benefit of his failure?).

3., Sore muscles from yesterday's literal mudslinging (aka playing badminton with my boyfriend, his brother and his cousin.) Playing badminton when it's raining outside wasn't the most sensible idea we ever had, but it was EPIC FUN. Lost four balls in total (two on the rooftop, two into the hedge), and somewhat unsurprisingly, I managed to eat mud not just once, but TWICE. FAIL.

4., World Cup 2014 Qualifying: Austria is in Group C, together with a few old friends: Kazakhstan (currently in our EURO 2012 qualifying group), Faroer Islands (BOGEY TEAM!!) and...big brother GERMANY. Not this again... -_-"
Austria do not have desired opponents. We are a desired opponent. >_>"

5., RAPID WIEN - VALENCIA C.F.
IT WAS EPIC. There'll be another, more in-depth post as soon as I've uploaded the fotos. But for now, I'll just say the score was a bit devastating (Rapid won 4-1, hard to believe O.o), but VCF delegate Salvador Gonzalez and Pablo Hernandez really made up for it by giving me a small pin with the escudo of VCF and an autograph, respectively =D I'm still incredbily hapy everytime I think of it. And damn, Juan Mata looks good with that beard. Plus, I got to practise my Spanish since I made friends with some Spaniards (and a security guy).
Overall, IT WAS EPIC!! =D
