Guess who's passing first of the six finalists at the annual Public Speaking Competition finals at her school?
That's right, the psycotic spazz typing this out right now.
I am one of the six girls (no guys did it this year) who will stand in front of the whole school, delivering a 5 minute speech. On what? The Death Penalty. For me at least.
The practice is tomorrow, and the actual competition is Tuesday. In front of judges we don't know, no one of the school faculty, so that there is no preferences.
I'm a little lot nervous about that. The lights on the stage are blinding. And the other girls are really good.
The good thing is, even if I completely flopped the tryouts, I blew everyone in my class away in the semi-finals. So I've got a good feeling of at least landing in the top 3.
Wish me good luck! =D
