First Day of Classes
Well today was the first day of classes. So far I've only been to Plant Biology from 9:10-10:10. I really like the teacher, she seems nice and not so boring. Next I have Ancient Art at 11:30-12:30. Then after that I have Plant Biology Lab from 1:30-4:30, but hopefully we won't be in there the whole 3 hours! Me,Ash,Summer,&Jes all have lunch at the same time this year which is really exciting. That didn't happen alot last year.
Yesterday was good. It was me & Eric's 10 month anniversary. And at Hollins we had convocation, and then the seniors did first step which is a tradition at Hollins where the seniors get their first step on the Front Quad. They wear their decorated robes, drink champagne and spray it on everyone, step on the grass, go to dinner and act crazy, get drunk later at parties, then do a Tinker Scare at midnight. Tinker Scares are another tradition at Hollins where the seniors run around the whole campus banging on pots and pans screaming at the top of their lungs into all the dorms. They wake everyone up and bang on their doors. Kinda annoying at first, but I'm used to it by now. Plus we knew it was coming so it wasn't that bad. Then me,Jes,&Summer all played on Jes's webcam! FUN!
I'll come back and update later about the other classes. Right now I'm gonna write on the mirrors that Eric is coming this weekend.
