too hot to run. bummer.
went to work.
took over for candy.
did some cheeze.
went back to fudge.
stayed at fudge.
made Deb laugh. alot. twas funny.
danille stopped by with chris. whose hott!... chris that is.
back to work.
Mel accidently left water running. guy wnated gummi rasberrys. got him some. heard noise like it was raining. look at bucket overflowed water everywhere. we laughed it off. mopped it up.

put running clothes on.
bam, went out the hosue and ran.
ran around block 2 times... est. 2miles.
got home did some sit ups. felt crazy exausted.
went online and BAM im here!
