Alright so day went just fine..... still wont weight myself but... ill just go by how i feel and look...
Day 2 - ate NOTHING....had a cup of coffee, water, cigerettes
did 3 N' 1/4th Miles on the treadmill...ill do 4 tommorow hopefully.
im wanting results very quickly but...it takes times.... lets just hope this 30 pounds in 30 days thing works...cuz now i have EXACTLY 30 days... in.... 57 minutes :)
I CAN DO IT... NO food..LOTS of exersize...thats! how its done.. its all about mindset and following through... REMEMBER THAT
