hmm im trying this new thing.. its called a diet.

Try this!

its called..

Face down butt lift
[works the ass]

Step 1: Lie down on your stomach, arms bent and forehead resting on your hands. You are facedown, with your legs extended straight out behind you.

Step 2: Keeping your knees locked lift one leg up off the ground and feel your butt muscle flex.

hold for two seconds...

Step 3: Do this without arching your back, and feel your hipbone press into the floor. Slowly lower leg to the starting position. Switch and repeat this exercise with your other leg.
