On Saturday, I went to Philadelphia. It was fun. The drive was sort of hectic- but okay.
On Sunday, we went to Atlantic City, New Jersey. It’s a nice place. You know, with all the casino resorts, hotels, boardwalks, nightclubs, arcade, and entertainment center- it really pretty, especially at night. So, we went there, only to the boardwalk. We went into the ‘Ripley’s Believe It Or Not’ museum. It was freaky and cool. Kinda weird though. There’s this faucet.. but no pipe or anything. Just the faucet head. So, there’s this faucet head, in the air, and underneath it, is a barrel... and water it flowing out of the faucet head into the barrel, but there’s no pipe. Freaky.
On Monday, we went to the Philadelphia Zoo, yes, the zoo. It’s not so babyish, and I don’t really mind. We saw Jeff Corwin there, he was doing book signings. I wanted to get his autograph, but the line was over a mile long and it was so hot!
Oh my god. We came back on Tuesday, and look. We were cruising down the highway in New York, exit 11, left lane. Then, this orange/red commercial ‘concrete works’ truck comes from the middle lane and onto the left lane, which was, apparently for him, the wrong lane. And the back of the pickup truck slammed into the rear (passenger) mirror. He scraped the side of our car and bent our mirror. Guess who was sitting in the passenger’s seat? Me Luckily, my dad controlled the car and no one was hurt. My dad was like, “Stupid sh*t! f*cker! Stop your car! Stop your car, now! Stupid sh*t! Stop you car!” and the dumb guy was like, “Look, I’m sorry…” and he drove off. Though it was probably an accident, someone could have been badly hurt and he should have stopped and explained but no… I got his license plate number. So we pulled over and called 911 and the patrol lady came and we wanted to file a police report so we had to wait there longer. So, about six police car passed us, and none came to us. We waited for three hours and the emergency light were still on. The same patrol car passed us three times and finally said we were waiting too long and sent us home. Ok. Yeah. We brought a lot of stuff back home with us- bags were tied to the roof and in the trunk and between seats, it could hardly fit. There’s like, six more garbage bags filled with stuff that couldn’t fit so we left it at my Grandma’s house because my Uncle over there’s going to bring them over with him soon. lol, Okay, I’m done.
