let's talk about warped tour, oui?
Walter and his dad came over around 10 and we left for detriot. It took awhile to get there and there was a huge traffic pile-up, but my dads genius and we found a way that got us straight to the silverdome without any lines. Found parking spot, walked in. Walter got his water bottle cap taken off at the front gates, lol, i gave him an extra cap =P
We left our fathers for an hour and walked around, got the scedual, became familiar with the area. A Change of Pace were at their booth so I got a signed poster from them! Then we heard A7X so we went to the stage and watched them. I took pictures, but we were a bit far back. We met up with dads again, they decided to walk with us. Walters dad already had a beer, roffle-mayo.
We watched some more A7X and then walked over to the fall out boy stage. My dad didn't want to go into the crowd so we left them again. We got to around the middle of the crowd, and we listened to a few songs. I took pictures. Set ended and everyone started leaving so we pushed our way to the front for Atreyu. We were front center! There were only around 4 people infront of me. Then the band came out and everyone went crazy. I got shoved out of my spot, but some kid pulled my back and lifted me up so i could take a picture- yay. Then I got pushed out more and spent the rest of the concert at the gate on the left side of the stage. It was an amazing set, I got many pictures.
We met up with our dads again, and we were standing around and i heard some random music and i started singing.. Then I realized it was My American Heart singing so I ran over to that stage, took pictures, sang along (ehehee). Went back to dads. Got food. And then Walter decided to stand in line at the Atreyu signing. While we were standing there i looked over and there, at the my American Heart booth was the lead singer.. all alone. hehe so I walked over and talked to him and got a signed sticker and hug ^^. Walked back, Walter was still in line so me and my dad took off to try to find the Volcom stage where Amber Pacific was playing. Didn't find it, pluh. So we walked back to Walter and stood inline. Met Atreyu and got all the bands signitures.
Right after that we walked over to watch Go Betty Go play. They did amazing, i took pictures of course. After their show we walked to their booth, I met them, got signatures. Right next to them Walter got a picture with the Academy is but they left like right after so I was sad 'cause I wanted to meet them. Muh, I bought a shirt- and I did see them like a few feet infront of me so that's cool. Me and Walter walked around some more, we had untill 6.30 to meet our dads again. I bought a hawthorne heights shirt, we walked by the lost city angels booth- i bought two pins, the band was there too- they were all alone, so I talked to them a bit. We walked by the dude from motion city soundtrack, there was a line to meet him. Kept walking, got to the hawthorne heights stage, listened to them play the Transition, got pictures, and left to meet up with dads... Drove home... I want my pictures developed.
Mmm, so i didn't see everyone i would have liked to, but I had fun none the less, I also had fun boring you with yet another long ass entry. Forgive meh'.
