This is for gyzym 's Coffee Shop AU, and everything's done and this post is finally up for business!!
I cannot say how much I love / admire / worship gyzym 's "I've Got Nothing To Do Today But Smile" a.k.a. the Coffee Shop AU, and I honestly hope my drawings do it justice.

I hope what I've drawn can sufficiently convey the scenes / atmosphere of the story,

Oh my god, I just. I need you to understand that I am having a SHIT DAY, a completely shit day, the shittiest day ever to shit and i don't even have time to be on the internet right now but I'm here anyway because these are honestly so beautiful I want to cry.

Just, in the first one--your use of color, the texture variants, the shading on Arthur's hair and suit--it comes together so gorgeously, so cohesively, that I don't even know what to say. And you know how much I loved the draft, but the look on Eames' face, the stubble, the way Arthur's leaning on the counter, just, augh. And the third one is so adorable, just exactly how I pictured it but chibified and perfect amazing, and...

And that second picture, just, Jesus Christ. Did you sneak into my brain while I was writing? Because it's everything I pictured in that scene only better, only so much better, Eames' hand in Arthur's hair and the way Arthur is clinging to Eames' shirt and the expressions on both of their faces, Arthur so overwhelmed and angry and hurt and Eames just kind of shocked and at a loss but trying and just, fucking, fucking hell.

You are a genius, and I have to get off the internet now, but tonight I will be linking and reccing you all over the everywhere. Everywhere. Holy fuck, thank you so much. ♥

Awww~~~ I'm so glad you like them, and I hope they make your day better! I'm pretty much having a shit period in my life right now and reading the fic just made me feel understood, idk how you do that but you do, through Arthur's character.

I do love the second pic too. As i told you, I drew the first before reading, and the second one just popped into my mind when I was reading that part, and it's a great compliment to know that I've drawn what you imagined. I actually had another one for the morning after scene, with a huge pink elephant in the background and it'd be hilarious but alas, too much studying and other shit.

Maybe I'll go reread the domestic!verse and see if I can come up with anything! *wink*
