school tomorrow = (
I had the best time yesterday.... I went to boca, as usual, in the morning to see erika. i guess now i can say "thank you" to medical insurance refunds :). Then i went to boca ale house with emily and jesse and erika to eat something before the concert, and then finally to boynton beach to ovation.
Ovation is the coolest place ever! it use to be a winn dixie, so it's pretty big. They have 3 rooms--- a main stage, the "viper room", and a game room. so even if u didnt feel like watching some of the bands, you always had something to do. The first band was ok. they had a girl singer, which kinda freaked me out since she screamed because i felt so wrong listening to a screaming girl, even if it was pretty good ;). Then the 2nd band came on, and they were sort of a pseudo "the" band, which wasnt something too original. then coheed came on, and they were amazing. i just wish that i would have been down on the floor while they played because i couldnt hear so well so far away. but then when the used came on after a couple of songs erika and i decided to go down closer to the stage so that we would have a better time. it was amazing--we were pretty close to the stage, surrounded by strange sweaty people breathing off of their body heat...great great stuff. i was kinda disappointed at their set. they didnt play 2 of my favorite songs of theirs-- bulimic and noises and kisses, and then they played a song ive never even heard for the encore. but hey, it was still great. After the show i stayed around for a little while to see if i could get a guitar pic or a stick or something, but that didnt work out :(. i told erika to ask security to get one for her because they would probably do it for a girl, but she didnt want to. so then we left and i slept at lara/marc's house, without anybody within 30 years of my age there, which was interesting. it was only marc's mom and dad, and marc's great aunt. they were nice to me as usual, and i slept in lara's bed for the night.
In the morning i drank some coffee because i sorta felt obligated to make use of the half and half lara's parents went out and bought me. it was "simply divine" as they would put it =). then erika picked me up, i went to her house..chilled there for a little, and went home on the train.
Tomorrow i have school once again after this week's vacation...soo depressed...but oh well. its not too long until the summer, so i have something good to look forewords to. This quarter's my easy quarter except for bio, because basically no matter what i do ill still get the same grades whether i get an f this quarter or an a. as of now i have 4 a's and 1 b in math. bio's still undecided between an a or b. hopefully ill do well this quarter.
im gonna go do some studying or homework for math or english. bye bye
