Robin Hood Close Up Exhibition Nottingham Castle!

Righty-ho ho! Yesterday, I went to the Robin Hood Close Up Exhibition at Nottingham Castle, where there were a load of props and costumes from the beeb's series! It was so much fun, as I'm sure my best friend who went with me agrees!
We even got to do a bit of archery... (even if I wasn't very good at it!) And it was a great day!

There's some piccies from our day, if you want a looksie!

My feeble attempts at archery! Oooh I forgot to mention, there were a bunch of people in costume outside too! And two people wandering round as Robin and Marian.

There's a few other exhibits before you get to the Robin Hood one... but this big hanging piccy
is right at the start of the Robin Hood bit!

There are some video points throughout it, but this ones right at the start. There's also a bit
furthur on playing the Hood Academy stuff!

Marian's dress!! Oooh, also just to point out, there's the mannequin things with the blank
faces, but there are projectors that project the actors faces onto them. Hehe like unconvincing
autons!!

Guy's stuff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! =D =D =D

Allan! (No expense spared on the hair...)

Oh Much!!

It's Will and Djaq!

Robin's boots! (The rest of him was there, but there isn't a decent picture of it!)

One of the many information points!

The Sheriff! (And his bird cages to the left!!) (Oh, and us after that!)

Another informationy point! (This bit's near the Hood Academy video)

*The* mask!

Candlesticks!

Us and the Sheriff!

What do you mean that's not a real forest? What do you mean the bows are imaginery?
What do you mean there aren't any arrows?

Hehe, what do you mean we're impersonating Richard Armitage??

Flowery Robin!

The Hairpin! (My mum doesn't watch the programme, but when we got to that bit she went
"Oooh that's pretty!" to which we replied "It's used as a weapon." I think she went off it a bit!)

My momentum! =D

It was a super fun day!!!
