For the NYC one, I think the festival they might be playing at is The Drop Dead Festival that'll be going on all that weekend. It's their type of music and it's got bands from all over the world, Italy, Germany, Poland, and more. The Drop Dead Festival site hasn't announced all of their guests yet, so I don't know if that's really where they're playing, but if you're interested in checking it out anyway, the site for The Drop Dead Festival is http://dropdeadfestival.com So who's all going to the NY/NJ/PA ones?
