Enjoying the patio & Patti's Artwork
I'm just so happy we get to enjoy the outdoors now that it's a little cooler out.
I'm still extremely happy how our patio ceiling turned out and the lounge section, even my plant sections are coming along ^_^
Isn't she just the cutest?! Yes! That is her stuffed penguin under her arm that she carries around everywhere!! Also, I love the flower arrangement in the coffee cup ^_^

Found a better picture of the area, it was taken just before hurricane Matthew was hitting so I was moving most of the plants inside the garage.

So Aunt Patti is making these beautiful signs out of plywood (I believe).
She's having a hard time deciding what to call her store name. So if you have any ideas, please let me know so I can tell her :)
Anyway, I got to be her first customer!! I also asked her if she could do some custom work too. She said she's going to work on an blue/white octopus for my next project...The Guest Room, which will be Nautical themed. ♥
I bought 4 signs.
A laundry one
2 Christmas ones; we needed a key bc we don't have a chimney. I'm thinking about our future kids here! lol & I love the Christmas countdown chalk I put it right next to the front door.
and a Mermaid Sign for Nick's mom that says "Kinda Pissed I'm not a mermaid"
It's a pretty sky blue and white stripe with a mermaid tail painted on it. It's adorable ^_^
I'm going to give it to her as one of her Christmas gifts.
They are going to Tahiti this year while Nick & I will be staying home this Christmas to spend time with my parents. I couldn’t believe it’s been 10 years since I’ve been home with my parents so we thought it was time. My mom is excited. Nick’s mom on the other hand has been very upset, but I hope she understands that I need to spend some Christmas’ with my parents too.
At any rate, we’ll be doing Christmas with his parents Dec. 10.
And Christmas day we will have my parents over and Bobby & Jess if they’d like to come since I found out they are staying home too.
