I *AM* one of *THOSE* moms...

When i was pregnant, and even before then, I used to make fun of all the moms who would take monthly and seasonal (holiday) pics of their babies and/or kids.

*blink*

*blush*

I am TOTALLY one of those moms.

I started taking his St.Patty's day pics today. It went OK, except he was really squirmy and curious. Plus that and the fact he wants to walk all over the world, it made it hard to get a great shot. But I got plenty of time to get em done. Then my camera ran outta battery power. So that put the ol' cabash on things anyways.

Rewind to yesterday...

Thomas came home with 7 bucnhes of flowers for the almost 7 years we have been together. 7 years in July. WOW! I can't believe it either. Then he came home with the smallest most perfect rose I have ever seen in my life. And it was from Collin. He wrote me a note telling me about how he is glad I am his Mommy and he will forever be my valentine. I cried a lil. It was sweet. And I got a few balloons and Thomas mde me dinner. He completely tricked me because we agreed to only exchange cards since we are trying to save money. Well not save as much as not waste. Ya know?

then we invited my parents over later on last night. It is a hard month for my Mom. Her brother and Mother's bday would be in this month if they had been still with us. So I kinda spend a bit of time wither he on Vday when I can. I made a DVD of all of Collin's pics set to "All you need is Love" by the beatles. It was in chronological order beginning with my very fist ultrasound pic to his VDay pic. I shoulda waited to do that fo rhis birthdya but hey, I can always do a new one. Heee Heee My parents went home and Thomas took me and the Bean to get ice cream. Then we came home and vegged together on the couch.

So a fun-filled loving night was had by all.

Except for the 3am Party in Collin's crib that lasted until 6.30 am, everything was blissful.
