With a day off from work, Kazuo ended up heading to the small arcade that he and Kazuya could usually be found at if not at the basketball court. He was at the arcade today because of the light rain earlier that evening

As he fell, Kisho reached out, attempting to grab Aishida. His hands came close, but not close enough. Hitting the ground hard, he tried to make up for it by jumping up almost as if he were doing a flip. That didn't go over too well either and he struggled to keep his balance. The crowd that had begun to watch was laughing now, causing Kisho's face to tint red from ear to ear in shame and embarassment.
He looked back at Kazuo, growling, and then looked at Aishida once more. Panicking, he was unsure who he should go for; he thought they were gaining up on him. Just as he was about to make his decision, a voice broke his thoughts.
"You're making yourself look like a hell of a fool, Kisho." It was Etsu. She stood near the commotion, tapping her foot impatiently. "I'm leaving. Spare me from the shame."
She turned and headed away from them. Kisho once again glanced at his enemies before looking back at the retreating Etsu. "W-wait for me, Etsu!" he called pitifully. He began running after her, pushing past the people until he snapped back to face Aishida and Kazuo once more. "Don't think this is over, pretty boys. Next time I run into either one of you, your ass is mince meat." And with that, Kisho left the scene.
Kazuo's eyes lay where Kisho had been heading. His eyes were wide and curious. Slowly, he trailed his gaze over to Aishida. Tilting his head, he uttered one word. "Thanks..."
Aishida blinked, surprised by the thanks, then shrugged. He gave Kazuo a sincere grin that didn't hold his usual narcisism or charm and headed to the game that had been behind Kazuo and Kisho.
