Orientation... Matt's Birthday
So today I had to get up early, 7 a.m, so that I could be ready for my orientation at 9 a.m. That is just wayyy to early on March Break!! But it was really cool (the orientation that is). I got all these cool promotional stuff: two buttons, a big stupid.ca pen, a Y.A.A pen, playing cards, mood card thingy, umm... a squishy foam heart keychain, a cool pen keychain thingy, and trivia question card. The other student peer leader is Ethan, so at least I am not going into the group all alone. It is a really good job too! I get $10/hr, approx 10 hrs a week. And for all these trips we have to go on we get paid and they pay for accomodations and all that stuff. I made $30 today just in orientation! So on the 31st I have to go on this day trip called the "Central East Event" and we leave at 7:15 a.m and arrived back around 8 p.m. I get paid for all of those hours!! And we get to go shopping. She explained some of the things they have done in the past and they seem really cool. I think I'll really enjoy this job a lot. Today was Matt's 12th birthday. He really liked the Zelda Gamecube Skinz I got for him. Loved all the other stuff he got too. We went out for Chinese food at Daisy's which was pretty good. At home we had this Dairymilk Cake which was really yummy, but real rich. Also got my haircut today. It has been very busy lol.
