afternoon ladies lol hope you're all doing well..
omg this morning i decided to go for a jog, coz i thought i was pretty fit lol BUT IM NOT.. i mean yer crunches and leg lifts and push ups and squats are all cool but when it comes to stamina i have none which is weird coz i used to be a dancer and could go for ages lol
i felt soo unfit when this overweight lady jogged past me, was all like wtf lol she'll prob go home and have doughnuts for breakfast, ill eat nothing all day and she'll jog past me again tomorrow morning
maybe its just me but does anyone find they dont have any energy or stamina (im mia)
