i've been purging more lately than i have been ever (i have only turned to purging occationally in the past few years but the past week i've been purging at least once every day). i used to get broken blood vessels all around my eyes which is why i wouldn't purge very often, but i guess i am better at purging now and only got a few little dots

You CAN regain your control. the worst part is the first three days. At day four it's a cake walk ;) (yeah, kind of a joke.. but I couldn't help myself). Any day under or around 1000 cals means losing weight. Don't stress to get under 700, that will only work against you. it will make your body break down (maybe after 5 days, maybe after 20, but the result is the same - major binge)
Tomorow is a brand new day. try to leave yesterday behind. just try to make small steps, maybe eat some fruit for breakfast. if you skip it, it will kick you in the @ss later.
you can do this. you can.
I'm here if you need a talk, and try not to comme down on yourself too hard if you mess up (it happens to ALL of us), it's only counter productive. You are a beautiful woman, and you can reach whatever goal you set. it's only a matter of time.
I've gotten so fat over the last two years, it's not even funny. I could cry about it. I wish I would have stopped it after I had gained 10, 15 even 20 lbs. but now I have to get rid of the 50lbs I gained (+35 to reach ugw). But now I'm finaly doing it, and doing it right. I have lost 18lbs already in under 4 weeks. And there are sooooo many weeks to go still. I hope to reach my goal by march. (10 year high school reunion - what a cliché ;) I'm living on NUPO, cause then I know I'm not harming my body. but sometimes it's even a challenge to eat all the portions 'cause it's all just so damn boring!!! and then ofcource I get major cravings for all sorts of bad stuff :(
Haha.. now look who's rambling!!
but seriously, you CAN do this!!! I believe in you!

today is a new day and i will definitely be trying my best from now on. your advice is so correct - fasting always ends in a binge. i'm going to really have to put effort in to get control back on this situation, just like it sounds you have been doing!
Keep up the good work :)
i'm here if you need to talk as well
