Wow... it's been at least 5 years since I was last on here.
Reading all my old posts made me sad.
Especially because my first post was basically what I was going to write now.
Things don't really change, do they?
I stopped thinking about my weight for these past years, but some recent stressful times has got me wanting to make some changes to myself again.
I'm not going to restrict or purge anymore, but i'm seeing how much weight I can lose by eating healthy and exercising. I've been eating healthy for the past 3 weeks but haven't started the exercise yet. I'm using a calorie counter app which is helping me a LOT, and i'm eating around 1300 calories a day.
So far I've lost about 5 lbs (in 3 weeks), so I'm feeling positive that I'm on the right track.
H: 5'4"
CW: 120.5 lbs / 54.7 kg
HW: 130 lbs / 60 kg
LW: 115 lbs / 52 kg

GW2: 114 lbs
GW3: 110 lbs
GW4: 108 lbs
Let's see if I can reach any of my goals.
Is anyone still on here?
