getting back on track.
have a new job at a pricey clothing store and need to look pretty.
i'm happy my family and friends have been so supportive of me lately and making me comfortable (or as comfortable as i can be in my own skin) but i could sense a relapse no matter what and the past few days have been so triggering and i'm just ready to start again and actually lose some weight this time.
some goals:
get more exercise and do more toning exercises (not just before bed)
eat smaller dinners and not eat after dinner ever
try my best to just drink liquids during the day or a smoothie
not get high (or at least control my urges to eat when i'm high)
