Sianz... what the Fxxx !
Got this mid year appraisal review in my inbox when we reached office yesterday morning. And was "shocked" to see what my assistant manager has commented.
this is her comment:
Alice has not been successful in adapting to changes in the new working environment and this has affected other co-workers. Will do well to work towards a more postive attitude in adapting to changes and heavier workloads.
this is my comment :
Not agreeable on what has been commented. In the recent department meeting, no one in the department, inclusive yourself and Patrick did not comment that i am not performing and affecting others. Every moment, I try to do the work as best as I can. But at times too much noise from the surrounding, kind of affect my focus or attention. But I will try my best to tolerate the noise pollution.
And every of us in the dept will have a "interviewed" with her. I thought all can be done on Friday. But after lunch all the meeting rooms were booked. So left 4 of us (including myself), we will be attending the "interview" on Monday. NOW I CAN SAY I HATE MONDAY. Really wonder what will she be telling me, but I have tell myself to stay cool, calm and no facial expression when I am inside the room this Monday. Anyway whatever she say, one ear in one ear out.
