Since my living body was my PC here, and I got my chip out, I could just access the menu without one and choose the "Log Out" option.

To log back in, Washu took my M2D (Goggles that display a screen for "The World"), and messed with the wiring or something so I could access a log-in page. Otherwise, there's no working computers here.

PC stands for Player-Character. It's some character you create to play as in the game. Chips are what the scientists's put in your body to block your powers.
