Tutorial #2: ft. So You Think You Can Dance? Season 2. Top 4.
Here is my newest tutorial featuring Travis, Donyelle, Benji and Heidi from So You Think You Can Dance? Season 2. It's fairly easy. This was tutorial was created on Adobe Photoshop 6.0. Note: this works really well on tan skin and blonde hair. ;)

Let's get started shall we?
1) Duplicate your base and set it to Hard Light 100%
2) Get a new solid color fill layer with a dark blue color, close to green/blue. Whatever you think looks nice and set it to Exclusion 63%
3) Selective Coloring: Red - Red +100
4) Color Balance Midtones: -20 -6 -15
5) Hue/Saturation: Saturation +12
6) Add a brush or text anything you want. or just leave it as it is.
