WHITES:
black: -100
NEUTRALS:
cyan: 18
yellow: -7

create a new channel mixer layer. (layer>new adjustment layer>channel mixer)

blue: -10
BLUE
red: 37
green: -40

create a new hue / saturation layer. (layer>new adjustment layer>channel mixer)
saturation: 30
