Anyway, without ranting
or writing ten pages
about what I'm listening to lately
here is some music I'm enjoying:
FOALS/THE NAKED AND FAMOUS/FREELANCE WHALES
I group them together because
they are touring together
and I found them all at the same time
Freelance Whales is the easiest to like
'Starring' is my favorite song
but the whole album is great
The Naked and Famous is also easy to like
they embody a direction I hoped Broken Social Scene would go
...if that makes any sense at all
Quiet and ambient, 'Total Life Forever' by Foals
was unremarkable on the first few listens
but it has become my favorite
So beautiful!
