Why am I lying to my journal? Who am I trying to kid? This is hopeless.
I’ve re-arranged my desktop icons three times, counted the number of paper clips in the stationery kit (27 too many) and colour coded the documents in my drawers but I still don’t dare look at the exploding In-tray. It spilled out twice already.
I wonder if the window blinds really work or if everyone can tell that I’m pretending to be very busy in my office. Why won’t the day just end?
