CHICAGO
so chicago was frickin sweet!!!
we left my house around 8, and our train left at 8:40(their time).
the train ride there seemed like forever. but ya know one of those train things that come down when a train comes to stop cars...well a bus didn't stop behind the line and it like hit the bus. i wish i wouldn've taken a picture. it was funny.
we got there around like 11:30 chicago time, it was raining so we stopped at chilis and ate..yum:)
then we walked to the water tower. and we got curb washed. mmmhmm. that was really funny, even though we got soaked. well kelly got it really bad. i didn't get that much.heh.
the water tower is like a huge mall and it's like 7 stories high. was pretty cool. then we came out of the water tower and it was still raining. so we started walking and shopping down michigan avenue. it finally stopped raining so we went to navy pier. went shopping for a while, went to starbucks. then after a while we went to millenium park. they have these huge brick walls with peoples faces on them. after millenium park we went and checked out the house of blues. we didn't have time to go in, but it was still cool just standing outside looking at it.then we saw this one homeless guy and when me and kelly walked by he's all like "ooo, angels from heaven", it was so funny i couldn't help but laugh. then it was time to go and we headed back to the train station. got home about 11:45. it was so much fun. but we walked so much that i got so many blisters from my sandels. i have like 8.yea.
well i have to go to a pool party for our choir in like an hour and a half..not really looking forward to it...but hey theres free food.hehehhe.then i have conditioning...but i have to leave early to go to my aunts house cuz she's leaving back for saudi arabia tomorrow or something.ehh whatever. tomorrow i guess is my day of rest cuz im pooped.
