House shopping
Jon was looking up houses in Port St lucie and came across a cheap house 102,000 (which he could get a loan for, since he got a 50,000 dollar loan im sure he can get another. the site said 3bdr 2.5 bath. So Jon told his mom and she went to see it. To find out that the house wasnt even built and that they wanted 70,000 for the land, then they build u the house for 102,000. That was funny. His mom said land was going for 5,000 a couple years ago. Imagine if u bought it then, youd be pretty good right now. We're still gonna look for a house though. Hopefully up there or up north. Mom was saying (i dont know where she saw or read it) but there are houses in georgia and the carolinas that are huge and going for alot less than down here. Everyone is just getting greedy. My dad only pays 400 a month on his house up in PA, and its a beautiful house. We're waiting on mom to move out of state. she needs to get her ass into gear.
