we sure are in for a show tonight.
today, while i was at my old apartment cleaning, i went down to check the mail. i pulled out a small manila envelope package. addressed to me, handwritten, with no return address. pretty curious. so i open it up and what do you know. my wallet. someone actually found it and sent it to me. everything was just as i had left it, debit card and all. things like this remind me that there is still some good left.
on the subject of my old apartment, i am happy to say that i am completely out. never to return. i'm beyond ready to put that part of my life behind me.
work tonight at the deli, then a whole day off tomorrow. this doesn't happen often, so i am taking advantage of it and spending some long overdue time with kortnee and caity. needless to say, i can't wait.
i'm going to try and get some things situated in my apartment. hopefully we'll get internet soon and i won't have to keep using the community room.
by the way, i'm working a ton, and that means bringing in quite a bit of money. i got more minutes on my cell phone plan, got my wallet back, things are looking up.
