It's pretty much a big mind fuck, isn't it? I think James would have so much more respect in the SP community if he had not done this. Like really? How you going to put out an alt country solo album over 10 years ago, then do this, then put out another solo album of material sometime this year that will be god knows what. If it's anything like this...oh boy.
Yeah. What the fuck is James thinking? And I'm like "Wait....You mean to tell me you wouldn't join Smashing Pumpkins again....but you're willing to do THIS?!?!?! Like....SERIOUSLY?!"
With him rejoining with Billy....that shit runs deep...as far as dealing with each other because James left the band towards the end of their 2000-01 tour not talking to Billy. Actually at the last show, he just left once they were done. No goodbyes, nothing. Billy swears he hasn't talked to him since.
