Hey. I haven't been on livejournal since, wow, February. I don't really know why but it would be lame to say that I have been busy because I guess it doesn't really take a long time to update. My apologies.
Well, summer has finally come to an end. Summer flew by like nothing. I always hear senior year is fast and after that is even faster. Well it's damn true. but so much has happened. All my friends that are on LJ probably know everything that has happened but still I'm gonna talk about it haha.
I started working at King's Family Restaurant. I like the job and I don't. I like the pay and I like most of the people and it's not a bad job but the hours are fucked. Like I might work at 10 in the morning and I might work at 5 in the evening until 2 am. I like working with most of the people and Mark works there so its cool to have someone that I'm goods friends with. Mark Thornley by the way. He likes men. haha anyways. At the start of the summer, I got into a relationship with this one girl named Chelsie. everyone knows that story. It's a shame really, I had high expectations for that relationship however she didn't feel the same way. Oh well. I have terrible luck with ladies, I don't know why. but yea.
I turned 18 in June. I can buy cigarettes even though I don't smoke. I bought a lottery ticket the other day out of a machine. For some reason, before I was 18, I never tried buy one, but at Kroger's I bought the sweetest lottery ticket ever. It was a 3 dollar Pac Man lottery ticket. I didn't even want to scratch it off. It was so good looking. I didn't win anything though. Oh well it was fun.
Been to a bunch of great concerts. Back in like May I saw It Dies Today, Haste the Day, and I forget who else. Oh that was it we got there late. Haste the Day is awesome plus It Dies Today I love, although they're new album is so bad. I can't get over how bad it sounded. but it was just an advance copy, hopefully the final version is better. I saw Zao, and Demon Hunter as well and Chiodos I think. that concert was good. Zao was sweet live. Then there was Ozzfest. I was pissed because I had to leave for work and miss Avenged Sevenfold and SOAD but the time spent was the shit. Bleeding Through, Unearth,and All That Remains were definitely the best I saw. Ozzy was also great and Bad Acid Trip was so good haha They interested me. The almighty Dragonforce was a bit boring but of course that was because of the lawn seating situation. I was late to work becasue of ozzfest haha no big deal though.
Then there was Warped tour. I went with Jamie and Autumn. I had just as much fun as I did at Ozzfest even though I wasn't into as many bands. I got into the Casualties. They put on a good energetic show. I killed some kid in their pit. It felt cool haha then I remember seeing Thrice, Underoath, From Autumn To Ashes, who were so good. After them was Valient Thorr whom I like after Warped. Some guy in line recommended the and I checked them out and they all have huge beards and I liked them. I was with Haley and Tina at this point at Warped. I saw and hung out with alot of people that day. I saw, Shae, Haley, Tina, Thomas, Nick, Dan Pierce, some other people they hang out with, Lureis, Lexi, Mike, and maybe some more people. Also saw Every Time I Die, some of Anti Flag, and AFI! although their show was a bit uncomfortable because of the massive amounts of goddamn crowdurfers, I still loved it alot. Davey Havok sounded good, and it was a great way to top off the night. Then we headed to Eatn Park and my first warped tour was complete. I look forward to going even if I don't like many of the bands. luckily, I caught Jamie and Autumn just before they left. JUST before. Then recently, I went to see Becoming The Archetype, Arsis, Ed Gein, Once Nothing (also saw them at Warped) and Malevolence. First of all, motherfuck Malevolence. They suck. I'm sorry but after that show, I hate hardcore even more. I am against them. I don't feel like explaining it all on here but let me know that you want to know and I'll elaborate. In short, they just ruined a great show and there was a music video going on at that show and they fucked it all up and the band BTA stopped playing and ended their set early.
I must talk briefly about Autumn's party. There's so much to say haha. It was probably the best party I've ever been to. Most fun party ever too haha. Everyone was in a good mood, haha actually great moods, and everyone there I love. I love having great friends. But anyways yea it was awesome except my terrible back wound from carrying 400 pound logs out of a truck. but no one worry, it's healing. I'm almost back to 100% I drank alot that night too, to the point where my stomach hurt and I could not drink anymore. I don't remember things in detail. I remember having a footrace with Patterson, Jamie, and Matt, in the pitch black street, drunk. haha that is so ridiculous. also I remember the fire being really goddamn hot, Jamie and I swingdancing, playing frisbee, Autumn giving amazing neck massages,and that crazy thing Keith did. the thing that I failed at miserably. with the flying newspapers. Awesome Awesome night.
I feel bad because I work alot and it seems like I don't hang out anymore. and now I just started school and everyone else is and it seems like that is going to give even less time. I am sorry to everyone. but I'm going to try and make more time with my work scehdule because of school. I still love you guys, man. haha ok I'll stop.but yea I started Jcc, majoring in Forensics, then I'm going to transfer. I don't know about Jcc. It doesn't seem like anything is going to be any different than high school, except now I feel like EVERYONE is older than me. I dunno. But now I am going to wrap up this crazy entry. I am still looking forward to September though. It's gonna be a good month I think. well I hope you made it to the end of my entry. thanks, it felt good to update. I swear I will update more throughout the week. K, well have a good night.
