Consequently, sophomore Devon Bailey will be forced to smoke as much as she possibly can on Sunday, August the 22nd, one day prior to the official smoke free campus "resolution". If you can not contact her when this decision does in fact come into effect, after checking her room, classes, etc. she'll most likely be huddled as close as possible to the "designated areas" provided by the school on the out skirts of the campus, also known as the most dangerous areas of the school. Hopefully Miss Bailey will be okay with the school's decision.
