Atoms for Peace tickets went on sale about 5 minutes ago without warning, and I missed it. I was waiting too long to refresh apparently. I'm so pissed off right now. Why the fuck didn't they announce the time?! Did people somehow know, or were there literally that many people sitting there hitting refresh over and over again....
*edit* apparently I didn't check the right webpages. Otherwise I would've known that it was gonna be 10, but even then, they sold out in under a minute or some bullshit. I would guess that most of the people who tried to buy were unsuccessful. This makes me mad. I'm not gonna pay more than what those tickets are worth. If I miss the ticketmaster sale in a few days I'll just have to forget all about it. Damn.
And now I see this on twitter: "Chicago presale sold out in less than 30 secs. I refreshed for 30 min + won." ...MY RADIOHEAD NERDINESS HAS BEEN DEFEATED. THIS HAS BEEN AN EPIC LOSS. Now I know the ticketmaster time...I have one last shot at this. I underestimated the buzz for this show. Not twice!
