Oakdale - Joshua D. Ingves, 17, of Massachusetts Road, Oakdale, died unexpectedly on Sunday, Aug. 21, 2005.
He was born on Sept. 11, 1987 in New London to Keith and Joanne Ingves.
In June he graduated from Montville High School.
Joshua loved to work on cars, spend time with his girlfriend, Ashley, and his life long friends.
He is survived by his loving parents, Keith and Joanne Ingves; his brothers, Stephen A., Mark A., Benjamin N., and Kristofor M. Ingves and their spouses; his grandmother, Mae S. Ingves; and his maternal grandparents, Susan and Harold Elwell.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, Aug. 24, 2005 from 5 to 9 p.m. at Church & Allen Funeral Home, 136 Sachem St., Norwich. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
Church & Allen Funeral Home is entrusted with arrangements.

thats very strange and a little upsetting. yeah sure i didn't know him very well but i saw him everyday in school. i knew who this person was. i also knew he was a little bit too into drugs which probably caused his death. see, then it's even worse. he's 17 years old and now he's dead. people think they can do these things and it'll never catch up with them.
