yesterday was me and madison's first day at cyberquest. it was interesting, we had to fill out packets of information. they wanted 3 emergency numbers and the addresses of the people, but i don't even have 3 emergency phone numbers off the top of my head. we start training on monday and theres also a team meeting that day. apparently they're firing 20 people and if we don't want to be on the chopping block, we can't "slack off".
with my first paycheck (three weeks from now) i'm really hoping to get a computer. i want it so bad. i've already got about $500 in the bank right now and the total of the computer (shipping & handling/coupons/etc) is $611.16. about $200 cheaper than the original computer i was looking at. the only thing that might conflict with me getting my computer is starting driver's ed. with my first paycheck i want to get the computer AND have enough money to start driver's ed.
it will suck if i can't get enough money.
i was up all night waiting for that meteor shower and then found out that i'd missed it by 24 hours. lovely.
