I've pretty much gone and abandoned this place, haven't I? I seem to have transferred my desire to write into my desire to cook and bake. Go ahead and insert a sandwich joke here.
I think the unattractive thing about blogging for the people of today is that you have to actually sit down and line up your thoughts and process them and try to weave them into some coherent narrative. When it's not really the case, at all. The next person who interrogates me re: why I changed my preceptorship placement from Raffles Hospital to KK Hospital will get a nice kick in the shins from me. It's very simple, really; I find having to squeeze into a train at whatever o' clock in the morning a seriously depressing thought and I'd like to avoid it as much as possible. C'est tout.
But. Anyway. I have been posted to KK Hospital from 18th June to... 31st July, if I'm not wrong about the dates. Which means I'll show up for the first day of preceptorship extremely jet-lagged and probably looking the very worse for wear. Hmm.
Okay back to reading Catching Fire. I take offense at the suggestion that YA books are inappropriate for adults.
