I'm a really bad pharmacy student.
See, I think that pharmacy students are probably more irresponsible when it comes to taking medication (although we'd never tell you to do anything potentially dangerous, like taking Dhasedyl and Zyrtec at the same time). It's precisely because we know exactly what we're doing that we choose to ignore a lot of things we're taught in school. Which is why I double-dosed myself with antihistamines last night because my nose won't stop leaking. I'm also taking Fluimucil twice a day instead of the recommended once (although, technically speaking, the maximum dose is 1200mg/day i.e. twice a day) because the Phlegm Monster has decided to camp in my throat.
Okay, fine. Obviously you've also got the other type of pharmacy student, who doesn't take any medication at all because, you know, there isn't an effective medication on earth that hasn't got nasty side effects.
