He harmed those who were foolish enough to break curfew, Avatar Sephiroth. Do you think I would allow something so necessary to roam the city without reason?

I have difficulty understanding how killing people for breaking curfew is necessary. That is a harsher punishment than what is meted out to those who break the laws.

They were warned, time and time again, that Xuchilbara is the executioner and feeds on destruction and death so as to cleanse it from paradise itself. Repeated warnings were issued; for people to stay in, yet many breached it.

These violators, were the true sinners who would be punished for disobedience of something so simple. Now, that boy will serve as part of Vertere and be purified in purgatory.

Have I made myself clear?

Yes, that is precisely why I am so closely monitoring him. His duty is an important one; I would see that he does not abandon it again.

[ooc; Sephiroth is lying through his teeth. He had no idea why he was following Vincent around so much, but Raito's reason sounds like a good one, so he's going to adopt it until he figures out why he's doing what he's doing. Then he'll probably have to go off and emo over it until he accepts it. ^_^]
