Anyway. Found out some interesting news today. Because of when I started school, my degree-seeking status falls under the 2005/2006 catalog. Which means that my requirements to apply for upper-division criminal justice standing are different. Which means that I don't need a B or better for ALL of my lower-division core requirements. Which means that I'm gonna be done with school faster than I thought, which is amazing. Mmmmm. Made my day when I found that out, really.
Today the same Fed Ex guy as before left me another Dove dark chocolate. The wrapper said, "Send a love letter this week." I guess I already did. Sending letters is far, far, far underrated. It's honestly like a lost art. Instead now, we have MySpace and Facebook and text messaging to stay in touch. Instead of something like a letter, which is more personal, or God forbid a face-to-face conversation with someone. Kind of pathetic really.
Anyway, life is tramping along marvelously. I've worked out the past two days and I intend to continue. Working out boosts your endorphins which makes you happier for no apparent reason which is like cheating but also like being on a natural high. Which beats the hell out of a natural low.
This week has flown by. Tomorrow is payday, and only five more days until I'm off to Gooding to learn a lot about relationships and addiction and myself during Family Week with Hermans.
Life ... is life. And it's okay.
