I read an article in the St. Pete Time's that the "protest song" was a thing of the past and that there were more anti-war songs in the past, but I don't think that the article was well written, and taking a look at the current billboard charts isn't going to tell the whole story. So hear are some articles I found that counter the arguement the author made in the times. I am going to eventually compile a list of songs and write him a letter, telling him how wrong i think he is....and who knows.
