[OOC] HMD / Plot Post
This is a roleplay journal for Laura X/Kinney, aka X-23, from Marvel Comics. If you have any comments or questions of my playing of her, please let me know here! Anonymous comments are enabled and ip-logging is turned off. I'm very open to crit and Laura is a new-ish muse. I've played around with the X-men: Evolution version of her before, but not the comic-version, and their personalities are somewhat different. If I'm missing crucial information, please let me know that, too! It's hard to know if you've read all the really important comic issues for when a character jumps into so many of them.

Character Timeline Φ X-Force (Post Messiah War Arc, while she's a captive of The Facility and her arm has been cut off)
Extra Details (a brief description of your AU, game, etc) Φ Laura, aka X-23, is a genetic clone of Wolverine. To create a usable embryo, the final Y chromosome was altered into an X, and carried to term by geneticist Dr. Sarah Kenney. Because of this she's not an exact clone, but a fraternal twin. Laura was raised to be a weapon, an assassin hired out to the highest bidder and was not given a name until she escaped The Facility with her mother. She was then forced to kill her mother because of a trigger scent that sends her into a animalistic rage until anything covered in the scent is dead. She is currently living at the Xavier Institute and is part of the the New X-men. Key comics with Laura's history are: X-23: Innocence Lost, X-23: Target X, Uncanny X-men, X-men, New X-men, X-Force, and X-23.
