I walked a mile yesterday on the treadmill in 24 minutes. Not great time-wise but I'll get there. I have to keep reminding myself that this is only week 3 and my body is just not ready for more advanced stuff yet. I had been walking/lifting weights six days a week and resting on Sundays but I had to take a day off from both today because I was SO sore. So I got up and did 25 minutes of yoga instead.

Very sad about the bombing yesterday, but trying not to focus as much on it today as I did yesterday. I think I was shaking for about five hours. My thoughts and prayers continue to be with the victims and their loved ones.
