Comfort Package.
So back in December, I'd talked about sending Robyn's mom a package, but she had told me she wasn't celebrating Christmas. So I've held off to respect that decision. fickery suggested sending a "comfort package." I really do like that idea, and I've decided to do this at the six month mark--which is May 8. So I'm back to gathering ideas. So far I have the following to include: a book of comforting poetry, some prayer beads that I made, an angel ornament that says "hope" on it (extra appropriate since her other daughter's name IS Hope).
A couple of people mentioned that they would like to add things to this package, so let me know if you're still interested in doing that. If not, that's okay. Or even if you just want to email a note or letter or card to me, I can print that out and include it in the package. Ideally, I would like to have everything together and ready to go by April 25th or so. Also, if you have friends on your flist who were friends with Robyn, or who may want to include something, feel free to repost this and have them get in touch with me.
