My mom told me tonight that she and Dad are thinking of getting me a cell phone for my birthday. "Would you like a cell phone?" she asked me. "Of course you'll have to make all the payments for it and everything, but we'll get you one."
"Um, yeah, Mom, I don't really talk on the phone. Ever. Why would I want an additional bill -every- month for something I'll never use. I would like to have a dog though."
"We don't want a dog."
*shrugs* "Oh, well."
