(no subject)
so i just got home after a month with maybe a day here and there to actually sleep in my own bed. felt pretty good. so my family and jd went on a cruise in europe and russia, but i'll let you read jd's lj(he wrote a lot about it.) then went down to ohio for a wedding, which was ok, except for the part that we missed it cuz it took us so long to get there. it should be an easy 6 hour drive, but with construction, it was about a 8 1/2 drive. toooo long for me. on the way back, we stopped in columbus to visit OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY!!!!!!!!!! and capital. pretty good colleges. espiecally ohio state! then went to canton ohio, and waited 12 long hours in a hospital waiting room, while my grandma had double by-pass surgury. she's fine now, but it was a little long. then we went home for half a day, washing clothes and packing to go up to the U.P. ten hour drive up there, and the construction wasn't that bad compared to ohio's. so we visit old friends that have a house right on the edge of lake superior!! it was pretty sweet. plus, we got to ride in there 1929 Model A car!! that was awesome. then came home late last night after another long drive. and just to throw in another thing, we had our dogs come with us on the trips, and they get car sick pretty easily, so you can tell how much fun we had in the car.
