another entry...

i miss making an entry... well, here goes...

i just arrived home. i was at chii~'s place for about two and a half days. experiences in her room were once again memorable for me.

like when chii~ cried about a certain metter with her friends. i can't do anyhting about it but to wipe her tears away from her cheeks. i then kissed her and telling her i was sorry if i can't do anything to help.

another evert in her house was her mom's ever-delicious spaghetti. i never tasted spaghetti like that in my whole life... seriously. and all those cool talks with chii~'s family, especially when Tony, chii~'s stepdad talked to me about his defective USB hard drive, were a bit surprising.

chii~ lent me her book entitled "Ang Paboritong Libro ni Hudas" by Bob Ong. it was fun reading it since all that was in there were interesting. for, all those articles there or paragraphs were all things/specks of life and an overview that life is just a speck of all things that matter. from agnosticism to cockroaches... it's a very good book. i think everyone should read it.

it's so hard when your loved one just cries in front of you, especially if you can't do anything about it. whenever she cries, it just becomes tense, like a final examination or something. as for my experience with that lately, i shed tears since my loved one is so sad, i can't bear to see her cry. it just strikes real hard inside the heart. but i realized one thing about that experience and it is being there is a very, very big help to her. if i wasn't there, at least, what could have happened? will she stop or continue to cry? for me, the odds that she'll never stop crying will be big. she gave me a warm and fuzzy hug after she cried and i tried to crack jokes to her and it worked. everything was normal again.

for my drummania life, i just found a downlaod list of drummania 9th mix mp3's. i know it sounds kind of silly but some just don't know how significant it is in my drummania life. and for once, i felt the glory and praises of the audience when i played Percussion Freaks 9th mixat Shangrila Plaza. it felt good since i just finished all songs i intended to play with S rankings in extreme difficulty setting.

FYI: comparison of drumMania and Percussion Freaks
drumMania:
- made in Japan
- has all japanese cover songs and all western cover songs and songs composed by Konami
Percusssion Freaks:
- made in Korea
- has some of Japanese cover songs and all western cover songs and songs composed by Konami
- Japanese cover songs doesn't have lyrics (including Konami Japanese songs)

BUT: if a Percussion Freaks Machine will be upgraded with a drumMania Machine upgrade, all characteristics of drumMania will be met.

i also kind of "mastered" the Guitar Freaks. i also got addicted to it but i only gather lesser number of people as an audience than in drumMania but people get amazed more when i play Guitar Freaks then drumMania afterwards. it makes them entertained a little bit more. i also like it when people jive along with the songs i play. i treat it as an inspiration to play drumMania better and more entertaining.

FYI 2: how i play drumMania
orientation: ambidextrous (only in drum-playing)
pedal method: single (punk)
drumsticks: zildjean 7a
placement of hands in drumsticks: usually held at the middle of the drumsticks. drumsticks are inverted this way; handles (thick side) are used to play drumMania
song preference: punk, retro, jPop, jRock, cute songs
hated songs: jazz, uber-hardcore rock songs, all encore songs (but it's encore, so i have no choice)

if ever you want some drumMania songs for the feel of it, just make a comment, i'll try to make a connection and send you some of my mp3's. my drummania mp3's range from the 1st mix up to 8th mix (9th mix is still in construction)

enough with drumMania. you'll catch those some other entries related to drumMania later than this one

that's all i can say today. i miss all my DLSU classmates who will read this entry! you know who you all are...

chii~, i love you infinitely
