...Customer Service...
Ok. I do a customer service job. Most of the world does. Anyway...this pisses me off.
I used to go to this Starbucks at the Kroger by my house. Well, they sorta sucked and now I never go there. Oh yeah, and they built a real Starbucks close to me. ANYWAY, I go into the Starbucks in Kroger today when I was getting groceries. The guy behind the counter (he has done this before) does not say one word to me. He just rings up what I USUALLY get. In the past, I might have gotten that instead of what I was going to order so I didn't trouble him.
BUT NOT TODAY. Seriously this is what happened.
I walk up to the counter.
He walked to the register. Does not say one work to me. Rings up a drink.
He then says, "It is $3.60."
I say, "But I don't want that I want something else." I tell him what I want.
He sighs. Looks annoyed. And rings in the correct drink.
He does not say anything else to me. Hands me the receipt.
SERIOUSLY. WTF! I haven't even been in to get a coffee for a FEW MONTHS!
How do you keep a fucking customer service job doing shit like that?
It annoyed me.
