I don't know why you would have a love-hate relationship with this, or anything other than love. Once again, you proved you might be the best, or one of the best, Jeff/Annie warm happy fluff writers out there - and you took another leap forward with your smut skills as well. You just keep making us readers smile as much as Jeff makes Annie smile, and vice versa.

My main issue with it is that I thought it felt kind of choppy in some parts. Like when they went to the boardwalk, I wanted something between when they first shared a bed and when they actually had sex, but at that point I was sick of it so it feels rushed. We're all our own worst critics aren't we? AND I'm very glad you thought the smut was decent. You're so insanely good at writing it, so I appriciate that comment especially :)

Glad it made you smile! I didn't want the smut to start in a "typical" way, you know? And I liked the idea of Annie being curious and going for it.

Really enjoyed this a lot. I liked how it didn't just dive into them sleeping together, but that it slowly moved in that direction the closer their relationship grew.

Oh, i also know what it's like to pick over and be self critical of your work. I always edit and re-edit whatever i write. And sometimes even the finished product still isn't good enough.
